Designed to work with our Top Shelf Saddlebag Organizer Trays, our new custom-fit liners further extend the usefulness of your saddlebags. Fabricated from strong high quality black nylon and shaped to perfectly fit your factory Harley-Davidson hard saddlebags. Don't yet own a Top Shelf Tray? No problem! Each custom fit liner includes a handy small bag that clips onto it's larger sibling in the space a Top Shelf tray would normally attach! Use it as a Dopp Kit or purse, tool kit, mobile electronics pouch, whatever!
It's easily accessible and super portable.

  • If your CVO Rushmore has speaker lids, audio amps, and/or remote key-less lock systems, unfortunately this Top Shelf Saddlebag Organizer will not fit due to the internal hardware interference these systems create.
  • Includes die cut rubber grip/anti-vibration mat and twist out coins for adding (Optional)  12V socket or USB 2.1 Amp Quick Charger Kits!
